A. Information Provided Directly by You
- Contact & Identity Data: Full legal name, residential/business address, Locker ID/Suite number, email address, telephone numbers, and WhatsApp contact details.
- Account Credentials: Username, password, and security preferences associated with your Raptors Freight user account.
- Shipping & Fulfillment Data: Recipient names, delivery addresses in Ghana/Togo, package manifests, item descriptions, invoice values, merchant receipt uploads, and tracking numbers.
- Identification Documents: Copies of government-issued IDs (e.g., Driver’s License, Ghana Card, Passport) when required by customs authorities or for identity verification.
- Payment & Transaction Data: Mobile Money payment details, billing address, bank transfer confirmations, and transaction history. (Note: Credit/debit card processing is handled directly by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways; we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers).
B. Information Collected Automatically
- Device & Usage Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages viewed, access times, and referring website addresses.
- Location Data: Geolocation data associated with mobile site visits or last-mile delivery tracking.

- Third-Party Service Providers: Web hosting providers, database software vendors, payment gateway processors, and IT support services under contractually binding data handling agreements.
- Legal Compliance & Safety: Law enforcement agencies, courts, or regulatory bodies if required by law, court order, or subpoena, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of Raptors Freight and its customers.
4. International Data Transfers
Because Raptors Freight operates across international borders (principally transferring data between the United States and West Africa):
- Personal data collected in Ghana or other jurisdictions may be transferred, stored, and processed in the United States, where our central servers and logistics hub (Bronx, NY) are located.
- We implement appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards to ensure your data receives an adequate level of protection, consistent with Section 47 of the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) regarding international data transfers.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, including:
- Active account lifecycle management.
- Satisfying legal, accounting, tax, or customs record-keeping requirements (typically 6 to 7 years following order completion to satisfy statutory accounting and import compliance laws).
- Unregistered or unassigned shipment logs are retained for up to 180 days before permanent anonymization or deletion.
